Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting signature seasonal pizzas, developing new recipes, and maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency. You'll oversee prep, cooking, and plating while mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- 3+ years of professional kitchen or pizzeria experience
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques
- Leadership skills with experience managing a kitchen team
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
Customer Service Associate
Be the welcoming face of Seasons Pizza. Take orders, handle transactions, assist guests with menu selection, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask during peak hours

Delivery Driver
Deliver hot, fresh pizzas to our customers across the Owings Mills area with a smile. You'll represent Seasons Pizza on every doorstep, ensuring prompt, friendly, and accurate delivery every time.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance
- Familiarity with the Owings Mills / Baltimore area
- Punctuality and strong time-management skills
Kitchen Prep Crew
Assist our kitchen team with daily prep work including ingredient portioning, vegetable cutting, dough stretching, and station setup. A great entry-level role for anyone looking to build a career in food service.
- No prior experience required — we'll train you
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow kitchen safety protocols
Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of 10–20 staff members, manage scheduling, inventory, and customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind the seamless day-to-day experience at Seasons Pizza.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Manage our social media presence, create engaging content, run promotions, and help grow our online community. You'll be the storyteller behind the Seasons Pizza brand on Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Passion for food, community, and brand building
